Who we are

TillGraph (“we”) runs tillgraph.com and the TillGraph connector, which lets AI assistants look up independent local service businesses in Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts, and the San Francisco Bay Area, California. This policy covers three groups: people who use an AI assistant that calls TillGraph, business owners who manage their listing with us, and visitors to tillgraph.com. Contact: [email protected].

Personal data we collect, why we use it, and how long we keep it

People using TillGraph through an AI assistant (the TillGraph plugin or connector)

You never create a TillGraph account. Through the plugin we do not collect your name, contact details, precise location, payment card details, health information, government identifiers, passwords or other sign-in secrets, and we do not receive your conversation history.

WhatWhyKept for
The search request your assistant sends us, such as “barber in Harvard Square” and any filtersTo return matching businessesNot stored. We use it to answer and then discard it
Technical logs: time, the address requested, the result, and the IP address of the service that made the request (normally the AI provider’s servers, not your device)Security, preventing abuse, fixing faultsUp to 30 days

We use these logs only for the purposes above. We do not track people across requests, build profiles of people who use the plugin, or try to work out anything about you from what you search for. You are in control: you can remove TillGraph from your assistant at any time, and you can ask us what our logs hold or to delete them by emailing [email protected].

Business owners who claim or edit a listing

WhatWhyKept for
The email address you verifyTo confirm you speak for the business, sign you in, and contact you about your listingUntil you ask us to remove your claim
A record that we emailed you a sign-in code, and the IP address that asked for it. We never ask for or store a passwordTo verify your email and stop misuseAbout one day
A sign-in cookieTo keep you signed in. It is required for the editor to work and is not used for tracking30 days, or until you sign out
What you enter about the business: name, address, phone, public email, website, hours, services, prices and how customers bookTo publish your listing to AI assistantsUntil you change it or ask us to remove it
If you connect a calendar: the connection itself, and the times you are busy over the next two weeksSo AI assistants can suggest times that workUntil you disconnect. Busy times are refreshed and replaced continually

Calendars. Connecting a calendar is optional. We read only when you are busy. We never store or share what an event is, where it is, or who it is with. You can disconnect at any time from your listing, and we then delete the connection and the busy times. TillGraph’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Emails from us. We may email a business at its publicly listed address to tell it about its listing. Reply “no” and we will not email again.

Business listings

Listings contain business information that businesses publish themselves (name, address, phone, business email, website, hours, services, prices, booking links), that appears in public open data, or that the owner has given us. Where a business is a sole practitioner, its listing can include that person’s professional name and business contact details, as published on their own website. We do not list home addresses or private contact details. We keep a listing until the business closes or asks us to remove it, and a business can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.

What the plugin returns. Answers from TillGraph contain business listing information only: the details above and, where an owner has shared a calendar, the times the business is busy. They never contain information about the person asking.

Visitors to tillgraph.com

We use Google Analytics on our public pages to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. We do not send names, phone numbers or email addresses to it. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The pages where owners sign in and edit their listing do not load analytics.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
